hi, i think i can send music by email now, is anyone willing to experiment and receive a piece. It takes me about 1/2 hour to upload a piece then another 1/2 hour to receive. I am dial up though and that may be part of the reason it takes so long. Let me know if your are interested, leave me your email address and I will send. takair ed

yeah edward..sounds like you are on dial up internet, send me a file. There are various ways of making the file smaller in size to make it easier/quicker to send. What format are you using?

Hi Edward,

Yes, I like the idea of receiving/sending recorded Irish traditional music (if that is the kind of music you had in mind). So put me on the list to receive one.

Wouldn't you have to send it directly to email addresses? When I just gave a try to upload on the attachments here the MP3 file was too large, yet I can send on Yahoo up to 10 meg.

Anyway, thanks fer the idea - just the ticket fer an old scraper in the backwoods.

Cheers
Jan

There's also an excellent little music program he developed several years ago called Midget 3.52 to help musicians. Here's the link:

Happy music-making
