i love it. my only gripe is that i haven't had time and chance to learn some of the very old dances to go with some of it.

Hi Eva maria, I'm a student in musical composition in toulouse (france), and I have played baroc music for a long time (baroc violin, with the "centre de musique baroque de Versailles"). I'm crazy about this music : m.a Charpentier, lully, but not more than Monteverdi : for me, he's the greatest composer of this period (maybe you know "Orfeo" or "l'incoronozazione di poppea"...)
I would like to live in dublin, next year, and if you know some places to hear this fabulous music..
see you soon (and please excuse my English!)

Hello Eva-Marie, i love Baroque period music, Chris Norman, a Canadian, plays some Irish/Scottish music and uses what is called a Baroque Flute. He infuses a little Period music as well. He is a master of masters at the flute, if you have a chance, hear some. Thank you for your thought. takair ed
