the following was related to me, so it is second hand information but for what it is worth, here it is....
an irish-americn told me, he was in ireland last week and went into, not one, not two, but three pubs and was denied a drink in each place, whether or not, the 'no bushy served here" was uttered in each of the three places is not known, however, the underlining reason seems to stem from some, "anti" personal sentiments of individual publicans in a public accomodation toward whatever and whomever.
It is well reported that there is a great deal of anti-bush sentioment in ireland, so the, 'no bushy served here" may not be too far fetched.

In the past, I have heard, refusal to serve travellers, etc. brought down the wrath of the government on the erring publicans and put euros in the pockets of the victims.

My question is very narrow in scope and that is; what is the name and address of the irish government agency that can best deal with such complaints from across the pond.
