About Me
I am 64 years old, Mother of 2, grandmother of 5, and great grandmother of 2 ggrandsons and my new ggranddaughter came into the world May 1, 2008.
I have lived in the southern USA all my life and have never traveled abroad. My travels inside the USA have been in search of my ancestry.
I love animals, especially birds. My picture is of Skipper, my Quaker Parrot. Skipper is my baby; he loves to sit on my shoulder...not matter what I am doing; he has his own little bed with blankets, which he stays in all night, in my bed.
I would love to go to Ireland and be able to stay there for some time; traveling and researching my Irish roots. I hit the ole brick wall with my gggfather, born 1811 in Pennsylvania, USA. I believe I have found his father, but can't find documentation. I think he was the immigrant from Ireland.
That's about all there is....I am a loner, by nature....but enjoy friendly chats (from time to time) with others who share my interests.
